Humidity and temperature probe HC2-HK40-3000 (length 400mm) is recommended for demanding industrial applications with high temperatures.
The fixed 2 m cable can be extended by 1, 2 or 5 m.
The HC2-HK40-3000 is connected via cable art.766840 to Swema 3000/md. Swema 3000/md shows relative humidity, temperature, dew point and mixing ration by weight (water content) in grams of water/kg of dry air.
The probe must be protected by a filter, different filters are available dependent on the measurement application. A denser filter protects better for particles and high air velocity, but makes the time to achieve moisture equilibrium at the sensor longer.
The included filter SP-M15 provides fastest response time and is recommended for use in clean air. For measuring in dusty environments (industry) the filter SP-S15 is recommended. Filter SP-TS15 in Teflon (water proof) is the best choice when you see a risk for water splashes on the probe (salt, marine) or against very fine dust particles.
